It’s that time of year again when the roads get a little spookier, and SCS Software is pulling out all the stops with their latest World of Trucks Halloween event: Witches of Brackenreach. Announced on October 16, 2025, this hauntingly awesome event is live for both Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator, and it’s packed with mystical vibes, new challenges, and some wicked rewards. SCS Software has truly embraced the Halloween spirit with a brand-new mystical realm called Brackenreach. This enchanted land, shrouded in fog and guarded by three elemental witches, is accessible through shimmering portals that appear on your map once you take on event cargo bound for Castle Brackenhelm. Expect eerie forests, haunted marshes, and winding roads that glow under moonlight—perfect for a spooky trucking adventure.

Your mission? Deliver vital Halloween supplies like Halloween Treats, Costumes, Herbs & Spices, and Crafts to help the witches and villagers of Brackenreach prepare for the season. But it’s not just about Brackenreach—you’ll also spread the Halloween spirit by hauling festive cargo to and from cities in your homeland. Some enchanted goods even make their way back from Brackenreach as a thank-you from the witches!

SCS Software has set a massive community goal of 1,500,000 deliveries across both games, and they’re counting on the #BestCommunityEver to make it happen. For your personal goal, you’ll need to complete 15 Halloween deliveries, including 3 to and 3 from Castle Brackenhelm. Feeling extra adventurous? There’s a bonus goal to discover the hidden Witch House in Brackenreach for a special reward.

Here’s what you can earn:

• Personal Goal: Complete 15 deliveries to snag a unique World of Trucks Achievement and an Enchanted Witch’s Compass cabin item (Steam inventory).

• Community Goal: If the community hits 1,500,000 deliveries and you’ve met your personal goal, you’ll get a Bewitched Black Cat hanging cabin item (Steam inventory).

• Discovery Goal: Find the Witch House to unlock a Spooky Horn vehicle accessory (Steam inventory).

All rewards are usable in both Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator, so you can show off your Halloween spirit no matter where you’re trucking.

To participate, you’ll need a World of Trucks-connected profile and use External Contracts in either game. Look for the spiral icon on the map to find the portal to Brackenreach—it’s hard to miss with its sparkles and falling autumn leaves! Once you’re done delivering in Brackenreach, you’ll either head to your cargo’s destination or get sent to a random city for a new job if you’re empty.
